Our Process
Interview
The initial consultation gives us the opportunity to learn and understand all that you envision for your new home. During this time we discuss a formatted list of questions that help us paint a visual picture of what your house will be. This typically takes an hour or two. We call it an interview because you are interviewing us and we are interviewing you.
Site Selection
Market information for lots or land will be evaluated to help you determine the best location to build your home. Size, shape, topography, geographic location, and building restrictions will all be factors to be considered.
Design
All the previous information will be translated into an architectural design for YOUR new home. From initial rough drafts to final plans, we work with you and the designer.
Cost Projection
Now we have the location, the building plan and a clear idea of how it will be finished. We can move forward with creating a realistic cost projection for your specific house. Our cost projections are clearly itemized and transparent so you can see where your money is going.
Building
This is the fun part!! We didn’t cut corners to get to this phase and we won’t cut them in it. Throughout the build we are in constant communication for selection, evaluation, and maintaining budget.
